The case for this stay
Canaves Oia is the rare Santorini stay that lives up to the postcards. The suite was a whitewashed cave with a private plunge pool hanging directly over the caldera — sunset every night from the water.
Service is quietly perfect. A bottle of Assyrtiko appeared at golden hour without being asked, and the concierge slotted us into Selene for a tasting that would have been impossible to book on our own.
